If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Unfortunately, we can’t modify existing orders. If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

As a general guide:

• Orders in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Australia and New Zealand typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
  
• International orders: usually arrive within 7–14 working days, though delivery may take up to 28 days depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

During peak periods or transport disruptions, delivery times may be longer than expected.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

If you are ordering outside of Europe, the United States, or Australia, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or processing fees upon arrival. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in our shipping costs.

Customs charges differ from country to country, and we’re unable to collect or predict these fees in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If customs fees are not paid, the shipment will be returned to us. Because SailGP incurs both customs and return costs, we’re unable to refund your order or shipping fees in this case.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note that:
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• SailGP does not charge restocking fees, and your refund will include the full value of the returned item(s). Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable.
• We can only replace damaged or defective items with the same product — substitutes or alternative items are not available.

At this time, we don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please follow our return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

We use this process to ensure:
1. You receive your replacement item faster.
2. You secure the product before it sells out.

Once your returned item is received, please allow up to seven business days for processing.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
