Returns Policy

At SailGP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not, we gladly accept returns by mail within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
 • The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused.
 • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
 • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

We currently do not accept direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.

This process ensures that:
 1. You receive your replacement item faster.
 2. You can secure your preferred product before it sells out.

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
 • SailGP Store does not charge restocking fees.
 • Refunds include the value of the returned item(s).
 • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and processed.
Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for your return to be inspected and processed.
After processing, refunds typically appear on your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exceptions: Personalized & Custom Items (Non-Returnable)

Some products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. These custom-printed, personalized, or bespoke items are non-returnable and not eligible for a refund, unless they arrive faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

Please note:
• These items cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing, or style preference.
• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival, please contact our Customer Care Team with photos and your order number, we will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
• We recommend checking product descriptions, size guides, and preview images carefully before purchase.

If you’re unsure whether a product falls under this exception, please reach out to our Customer Care Team before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.
Please email store@sailgp.com with:
• Your order number, and
• A clear photo of the damaged or defective product.

Our Customer Care Team will review your claim and provide next steps.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Please note:
• Damaged or defective items can only be replaced with the same product.
• Alternative or substitute products are not available.

Processing Times

Returns submitted by mail are typically processed within two weeks of arriving at our facility.
Once approved, your refund will be issued, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.


How to Return an Item

Follow the simple steps below to return your product:

  1. Contact Us
    Get in touch with our Customer Care Team for to request a return.
    Include your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our Customer Care Team will reply with return instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Package
    • Repack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent secure packaging).
    • Make sure all tags and labels are still attached.
    • Include your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.
  3. Ship Your Return
    • Use a trackable shipping service to return your package to the address provided by our team.
    • Keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Receive Your Refund
    Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
    You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
    Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
